Safely Lift a 2021 to 2026 Ford Bronco Sport with Jackpoint Jackstands!

The Ford Bronco Sport is a fun, fuel efficient small SUV. The ground clearance is about 9.5 inches and the vehicle has a pinch weld jacking point. The Chassis Lift to Tire Clearance (the distance the body must be raised before the tire leaves the ground) is 4 inches. To gain sufficient clearance to remove the wheels, we recommend the combination of a pair of Jackpoint Jackstands with Block pads and a pair of Super Recessed pads. Place the block pad on top of the Super Recessed pad, inserting the ring on the bottom of the Block pad into the groove on the top of the Super Recessed pad. Place the combination on your floor jack and raise it to the pinch weld. Ensure the floor jack saddle is directly under the pinch weld. Carefully raise the vehicle until the pads are approximately 12 inches from the ground to the bottom of the Super Recessed pad. Move the Jackpoint Jackstand under the pads with the opening facing the floor jack. Only move the stand from the body or legs, NEVER the top of the jack stand. Once lined up so the neck is directly below the groove in the bottom of the Super Recessed pad, slowly lower the floor jack so the pads nest onto the neck of the jack stand. Remove the floor jack and do the next wheel.
