Shipping policy

1. Order Cut-Off & Handling Time
• Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) will ship within one (1) business day of the order date.
• Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays ship on the next business day.

2. Transfer of Custody to the Carrier
Once a package is scanned by the selected carrier, risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to that carrier. Jackpoint Jackstands has no control over carrier transit times or operational disruptions.

3. Expedited & “Next-Day” Services
The guaranteed delivery window for options such as “UPS Next Day Air” is a commitment made by the carrier—not Jackpoint Jackstands. Our obligation is met by tendering your shipment on time with the service level selected at checkout.

4. Shipping-Charge Refunds for Carrier Delays
• If the carrier misses its service commitment, it—not Jackpoint Jackstands—determines refund eligibility.
• We will gladly assist you in filing a claim and will pass along any refund we receive, but shipping charges are not automatically refundable by us.
• Carrier refunds do not apply to delays caused by events outside their control (weather, natural disasters, peak-season volume, incorrect address, etc.).

5. Tracking & Support
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please monitor the shipment and notify us within 5 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date if tracking shows no movement or a delay so we can open a trace.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By selecting an expedited shipping option, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
