When it comes to working on high-performance vehicles like the Porsche 911, safety and precision are paramount. Using the right equipment can make all the difference in ensuring a successful maintenance or repair job.

What makes Jackpoint Jackstands unique for the Porsche 911?

Jackpoint Jackstands are specially crafted to fit the unique jacking points on the Porsche 911, providing a secure and stable base for the vehicle. These jackstands are designed to distribute the weight evenly, reducing the risk of slippage or accidents during maintenance tasks. There are 2 options for utilizing our Jackpoint Jackstands for the Porsche 911. You can use our Low Profile Pads or our Recessed Pads in combination with the hockey puck type adapters (not included, must be purchased elsewhere) for the jack points on the car.

992 Generation GT3 and GT3 RS

Due to the aero pieces near the front jack points on the GT3 and GT3 RS, it is recommended that our Standard Pad is utilized for the front jacking point. The Standard Pad is tall enough to leave room so the aero pieces are not impacted.

Two options for the jacking process for these cars would be

A. Use a Low Profile pad on a Jackstand at the rear first and when this is lifted it will create enough ground clearance to lift the front with the Standard Pad

B. If you have the Front Axel Lift option you can utilize this to create the extra ground clearance to use the standard pad at the front. We do advise to always lift the heavier end of the car first so option A is still probably the best option to go for.
